Hi everyone I wanted to start first thanking atomic sagebrush I don’t think I could have done it without all her help, thanks so much atomic!
Well I ended up getting pregnant way earlier than I wanted - my DD is only 15 months and I am already 17 weeks pregnant- but I’ve started changing my diet soon after she was born so I’m sure that made all the difference!
But that’s really all I’ve done - change diet accordingly to Atomics advice (I found it all in here!) and taking centrum woman :) I haven’t done timing, tracking ovulation, frequency or anything else (even because I wasn’t planning to get pregnant so soon!) Only diet + centrum :) I do believe it all helps but diet is by far the most important thing in my opinion!
It was confirm at 13 weeks by NIPT that I’m having a little boy after 2 little angel girls [emoji176]
Thanks again Atomic [emoji3590] sooner than expected but now my family is complete :)

Hi there all my life I’d always skipped breakfast so I changed that - breakfast every morning, eggs or porridge or some toast with peanut butter and tea! I’d also increased my protein intake a lot I’ve always been a big carbs eater [emoji23] so basically started eating protein in every meal. Those were the main changes for me! I kept drinking tea as I don’t like coffee, soda water and fruit juices as per Atomics recommendation! [emoji2]

Question for OP. How many menstrual cycles did you have before conceiving and when did you change your diet?

I generally recommend waiting till 6 months after for pink swayers (because they are eating less and that's not good when still recovering from childbirth) but blue swayers feel free to start the HE Diet as soon as you give birth. It's overall healthier than many moms of all girls tend to eat anyway. You don't have to gain weight though (and in many cases most people will still be losing weight at that time.)

My daughter is 6 months old (today!) and I want to start the boy diet (I bought from you, atomic, thank you!!!) ASAP but I still want to lose 10lbs before conceiving so I’m not sure if I should start it but go smaller portions or get those last 10 gone then go all in when she’s about 12-15 months old.

You can start the basic tenets of the diet - cutting back "bad" foods and focusing more on protein, fruit and veg, healthy fats, and "good" carbs immediately. Fine to lose a little weight at first. You'd just skip the snacking and weight gain till you're where you want to be long term. And you don't need to gain weight if you'd prefer to just hold where you're at.

Coincidentally, I was at my lowest healthy weight when I conceived DS1. So I may try to do what I was doing when I conceived him then ramp it up 90 days out from conception date. I’m just so nervous because this is my last chance at a brother for the other guy but it seems those who follow the diet to the T are getting some pretty good results!

The most I've ever gained was 3 lbs. With DS 2, I had lost a bit of weight (like 10-15 lbs, that was a while ago and can't remember specifically) and just held steady after losing for a while, with DS 4 I had just lost a LOT Of weight and then gained 3 lbs back. People take the weight gain far too seriously, gain wayyy more weight than I want them to, and gain weight when they don't even need to (and ladies, this is MY diet, I invented it, and if I'm saying you guys don't need to gain more than a very small amount of weight, or no weight at all, you should listen to me!)

Do you remember how you lost the weight? What you ate? Maybe that has as much to do with it as the HE diet??

Yes, the food choices have a lot to do with the gender you conceive, absolutely.

With my second son, I was eating mostly just a normal diet and had dropped pop and started exercising. With my fourth son, I was doing the earliest stages of what would become the LE Diet, but I was also taking all the supplements that the old school sway gurus claimed would sway pink, plus prenatals and extra folic acid.

How soon after DS3 did you conceive DS4?

About a year later - almost to the day. They're born 21 months apart.
