Nub guesses 12 weeks 4 days, fifth baby

Hi everyone!

Any guesses, girl or boy? I was 12 weeks 4 days, or maximum 12 weeks 5 days at this scan.

The tech measured me 13w2 days. I was never measuring ahead with any of my other 4 children, always 2-3 days behind or same day as I calculated.

What do you think, pink or blue? xx

If you were really 12 w 4 d here, I'd not feel comfortable guessing as it would be too early for me.

Ok. I'll hold off then till a later scan. I just don't like guessing on this stage of gestation unless it's really clear and it isn't clear on these.

I have finally been able to upload some of my scan photos and I will add them here. Any guesses, girl or boy? I was 12 weeks 4 days, or maximum 12 weeks 5 days at this scan.

The tech measured me 13w2 days. I was never measuring ahead with any of my other 4 children, always 2-3 days behind or same day as I calculated. I don´t know if this means anything but I was surprised the measurements was so "off".

I super appreciate everyone taking time to guess ultrasounds, but...

Just because there is a "thingy" it does not mean a baby is a boy. People expect baby girls to be smooth like Barbies, but the truth is, female human people also have "stuff" down there and in small babies in the womb this "stuff" looks disproportionally large and also rather male if you are not used to looking at it.

ALL babies look like girls even until the very end of the 11th week. Both girls and boys alike have bits that all look sort of like a humongous peen to people who don't understand this fact, but boys and girls are IDENTICAL at that point. ONLY in the 12th and into the 13th week do male and female genitals differentiate enough to tell the difference on an ultrasound.

This is NOT a "very blue" baby. If this is your ultrasound and you have potentially false hope or false despair, you are at 50-50 based on these. If this is not your ultrasound but yours looks like this and you now have potentially false hope or false despair, please don't because these pics are 50-50 for now. I would not guess on them because I could not tell with any level of confidence so please no one feel like gender is clear and obvious on these shots. It just isn't.
