I posted a Q in my personal sway forum a couple of weeks ago but haven’t had a reply as yet, so I’ve re-posted today.

Sally, you will always hear from me in 24 hours, 48 very rarely (usually on a holiday). If you haven't heard back, something has gone wrong...typically I've started to answer and then I got interrupted. So it looks to me like I have answered and even THINK I have since I've typed up a reply, and then it's out of my head. So you should always bump up your post right away, don't wait, because if I haven't replied it's because I've missed something and I literally won't realize it without your bump!
