If taking a collegian supplement every day or second day (powder that I mix a spoonful into water) will that sway a certain gender?
Thanks !!!!

We honestly don't know. Since it's a nutrient, or very similar to a nutrient, we assume it sways a bit blue but there's not a study proving that.

I took collagen with my last girl. Every day. But was also not getting protein from anywhere else so very much under the limits. It’s 20g of protein for serving albeit not a complete protein, just be aware of that.

Great point, FC - everyone keep in mind that things really don't sway in and of themselves the way some people make it out to be. It's your overall diet as a whole, particularly in terms of fat, protein, and calories, that sways. So sometimes you'll see a person who has some food or supplement, and you think "but I heard that sways X/Y". Take a step back, and look at their OVERALL food intake, and in most cases you'll see that maybe they ate hamburger meat, but they only ate 600 cals a day, or something along those lines. :)
