i am tryong to conceive a boy next January and i am planning to have breakfast befor go out to work .
is black forest honey with peanut butter is good for boy diet ?
i will eat 3 full spoons of this honey ?

It's fine to eat, but even fancy honeys are really just sugar. While they have some small amounts of nutrients in them, it's a small fraction compared to the amount in a prenatal.
If you like peanut butter and honey, that's great, by all means have it, but it won't be super high in protein and will have a lot of carbs. Carbs are fine when swaying blue, but can cause excess weight gain). Peanut butter has SOME protein but nothing compared to eggs, dairy, soy foods, or meat. To me, peanut butter and honey (probably not as much as you were planning to eat) would be a better snack rather than meal. But if that's all you can manage, it's certainly better than nothing!
