feel full for long time

throgh out my life i do not like to eat everytime
i eat very very big meal until i can not breath then l fast for sex to eight hours
throgh out hours i feel i am full

this life style pattern is it ok for boy swaying ?

We prefer to see you guys eat smaller meals more often. I can't say if it's ok or not because I've never seen anyone eating that way and judging their gender outcome.
