Ultrasound 1 or 2 babies?

Hi, long time since ive been on the group but for the last year been reading all the post again as ttc 2nd boy. Anyway got bfp on 22nd nov after 1year ttc and had a scan at 7+3 just to make sure everything was ok and as it should be. The sonographer told me its 1 baby and yolk sac but i just cant help but think i see 2 as every yolk sac i look at on google doesnt look like mine. What do you all think? Thankyou so much.

I can definitely see why you have questions, but the sonographers look at pregnant women all day and the odds are that if they say one baby, it's most likely one baby! Hugest congrats and tons of blue dust headed your way!
