Hello everyone i was following this forum last two years and i already have two girls(7 years old,1 year girl,)at my daughter 1st birthday happened oops baby i am pregnant again now i am 14 weeks we did nipt gender test its came negative and boy baby.i was following atomic HE diet after my younger daughter born and i was using same medicine which atmoic suggested thank you all this group helped alot

Yes atomic he is great he doesn’t have arthiritis yet checked in blood N scan everything as of now his vitamin D is less so taking medicine.i am trying to send email but its not working some prbm

Yes i observed that after using one a day women multivitamin i am having alot of ewcm which i didn’t had at my daughters time.for the weight lift i was always holding my little girl.but one thing i observed is that my body changed after diet which helped to get boy i think

Hey jazmin thank you didn’t much followed diet because my daughter is so small (not giving me chance to do anything) i was eating more protein rich foods after she born and i observed that i am having alof of ewcm (which didn’t happend at both my daughters time) before she born we were doing very less times of intercourse and after she born we r like actively doing intercouse.may be these things helped us i believe
