Please don't take vitex. It is highly disruptive to the cycle and absolutely does NOT increase fertility. We had lower rates of conception on vitex particularly in women over 35. While it may help some people who aren't getting pregnant due to PCOS, for everyone else it causes much more harm than good and even with PCOS, controlling it with diet and exercise plus myoinositol is vastly superior. Vitex actually used to be used as birth control in the middle ages.

With Marjoram, I've not seen tons of people use it and thus I can't speak to whether or not it works and what gender it would sway. I would stay away from it as most things that are supposed to boost fertility only do so (like vitex) in cases of moderate to severe PCOS and people using it for other reasons oftentimes see more harm done than good.
