Urgent info needed about attempt for girl sway

Yesterday i had positive opk (very positive)mid day, bd same day.
Today i have even darker opk like extreme dark.

Should i do another attempt today or just stay with that one attempt from yesterday?

For a girl, you need to stick with one attempt. Do not add an attempt unless you have been trying for several months or are in a big hurry to conceive for some reason.

Your one attempt needs to be on the day of your FIRST POSITIVE opk, not the darkest. The darkest OPK is useless to us. It often never comes, and it often comes after ovulation has happened. The darkest OPK is a meaningless metric that people use to sell unreliable apps. Go off the first positive OPK where the test line is as dark or darker than control line to time your one attempt.

treens Oh I hope so! Unusual attempt for my two boys i was going every day through all my fertile window and also few days before and after haha.

I really believe in not eating breakfast and only having 2-3 meals a day no snacking/ drinking anything that would raise your blood sugar.
I am not sure where my sway would be.
