if I follow alkaline diet for three weeks only, not six,may this time period enough to make alkaline .because I read to follow diet plan 6 weeks.i just ask if I follow for 3 weeks only?

3 weeks is not enough time to do a sway diet. But you could try starting off on one and then if you don't get pregnant the first month out, by the second month you would have a longer time on diet.

I would suggest using the High Everything Diet instead of an alkaline diet. The acid-alkaline diets alone really don't work for swaying.
