Hi all :)

I'm new to the group and think I've left it too late to change my diet (more like 6 days than 6 weeks!) but am going to try for a girl anyway!

I've stopped taking my multi vits and am taking 1200mg folic acid/day and am moving to white bread and pasta and reducing veg, fish and meat!

I normally eat all wholegrains and loads of veg and fruit and love breakfast- possibly hence my son!! I;m just struggling to know what I should be eating for meals...

Any tips appreciated please as I hate being hungry!!! x

Hi, there is plenty of good info on this site for you to read, i hope you don't love breakfast too much, because skipping it is a really good pink sway tactic :)
