I stopped swaying and ttc for about a month now after trying for over a year. I will be trying again this Spring/Summer (sometime between April-July). Im going to do a a mix between the low everything diet and the French Gender diet. I will be doing calcium, magnesium, folic acid, cranberry, allergy pills, and right now im taking vitex and might do soy at some point. How far in advance should I start this? Im wanting a good sway since im most likely cutting out all the represh and lube because I feel thats what kept me from conceiving. Thanks!!

Egg life cycle is 90 days. That's what I prefer for optimal results.

On the other hand, I don't think you need to be on diet for the full lifespan of the egg and can start even 2-4 weeks in advance of your first attempt (keeping in mind most swayers don't get pg the first month or even 2) because pH and blood glucose levels drop almost immediately. Testosterone and estrogen do take some time to lower, but I don't want you to waste away to nothing being on the diet for 3 months and then swaying for 3 months - that's a heck of a long time to diet.

For me, it took about 3 months before it started to affect my cycle - temps, ovulation, etc.
