It's high in protein but very low fat,cal and sodium.ingredients are
Mycoprotein 88% rehydrated free range egg white,and roasted barley malt extract.
I'm hoping to make a kind of bolognase using tomatoes and egg noodles,I'm missing meat badly.

Obviously if ok all would be eaten and kept within daily ranges.you'd never of known today is CD 1 would you ;) !
