Hello everyone. I'm brand new to the boards, and I've done some reading and research, but there is just so much I do not understand about swaying pink. Can someone give me some direction on how to get started?
I know that diet has a lot to do with swaying pink, and supplements.
I just cant find the diet or find a clear explanation and amount for the supplements or why I should be taking them.
Also I have a huge sweet tooth. Should I cut out all of my cakes and cookies and candy for a girl?
Also we always use lube because I just don't produce enough CM to make it comfortable for us. Can someone let me know if this is an issue?
TIA

When I first started I spent hours and nights pouring over this sight. It takes a while to just soak it all in. I still have to go back and remind myself of things. I bought the membership access for $12 which will let you see the diet info and much more. Also, no need to cut out sweets if you stay within the other diet constraints. Welcome!

this site is a little different in that we don't have a set list of things that you MUST take, we provide information about things and then each person decides what is right for them after getting that information. It seems different at first but once you get used to it, you may find you actually like it better because you can have the sway that is right for YOU rather than a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all sway that may not be right for your individual needs.

I think you found the diet but here are some supps threads:

You do NOT need to cut out cookies and candy for a girl, just make it a part of your day's diet rather than the sole focus. Also, if you eat sweets by themselves rather than with protein, that is perfect for pink. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-discussion/2038-sweetening-up-your-sway-pink-blue.html http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl-best-practices/1159-when-how-eat-meals-ttc-pink.html
Lubes are fine for TTC pink and here is a brief overview of the lubes on the market and how they sway.http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-discussion/1134-lure-lubes.html

Hello genderdreaming !!! I love this website :))) I am new to this forum. I have done a lot of research about swaying pink. I am currently on a diet (low everything+supplem) lost 15 pounds already. I have two boys 6 and 5. Dying to have a baby girl since there is only boys in our whole family. I do have few questions to ask about hormones. I had a blood checked for hormones about a month ago. My progesterone was lower, dr didn't recommended any medications. I hope it is not going to ruined my pink sway. Also, my DH has low testosterone and currently using Testim which is a testosterone gel 1% to increase his level. Should he stop using the gel for few weeks before conception. We are planning to conceive in April. Please, let me know what do you think about the gel, i am afraid that it will sway blue. Also, anybody try Urobiologics pregender test service? This test guides you to conceive in a specific menstrual cycle to get a baby of desired gender. Urine based test. Also my OB GYN told me to use Clomid to increase chances for a girl by 80% his exact words.

Hi pearl! Just wanted to let you know that I replied to you on your other thread! :)
PS - for anyone reading this who didn't read the other thread or can't find it, Urobiologics is a bunch of pseudo-scientific doo-doo. Don't waste your money!!
