Well no sway is perfect so I will start with my disclaimer of what went wrong or not perfect. The biggest frustration was that I could NOT get my pH meter to work (after several contacts with seller and manufacture). So first thing, I dont know my pH prior to boy diet nor our pH levels during the sway. Secondly, I ovulated early so I actually had unprotected sex on the high fertility day BEFORE the two peaks, for a total of 3 attempts around ovulation. Not perfect. Lastly, I did have small amounts of milk infrequently. Probably some other small things I can not think of.
We completed an elective ultrasound at 16 weeks and confirmed its a boy, sway success!

MY Diet
IG diet - Gained about 8 lbs over the 6 weeks prior and the two attempts
Green tea and breakfast (lots of eggs) every morning. Nuts, bananas, potatoes as snacks.
Lunch and dinner followed the IG diet with lots of red meat and chicken.
Limited sugar intake but used Stevia as sweetener.
Did you continue diet after attempt: Yes, until BFP
Hormones: None
Drinks: Green tea twice a day, V8 fusion-light, lemonade in evening. Baking soda drink on days of attempt, twice a day.
DH minerals
He did change his diet but not to same extent, ate same dinner as me
DH caffeine: Not a coffee drinker but had Red Bull an hour before each attempt.

No prenatal vitamin
Green Tea: Yes, twice a day
Vitamin E: Yes
Fish Oil: Yes
Folic Acid: Yes, 2400mcg
Evening Primrose: Yes

Zinc – 50 mg once a day

I used on Chinese Gender Charts that asked for full date of birth, etc which ensured that they were using LUNAR age AND LUNAR conception month. (Lunar months start on various days)

Comments: Planning takes a lot of time, 2-3 months. There are over 20 items they were completed in my sway and you have to learn about each one. Over the months of this planning, I had grown to accept the idea of a 3rd girl. Husband did not. I told everyone that asked about my eating habits that I was swaying, what it meant/included. We received LOTS of well wishes and prayers, was actually great for the psyche. :)
