New update Pg3, 17w4d...Yup, it's a girl!!!

Does this look like a boy to you? I turned the pic so it's easier to see...it doesn't look like typical boy parts to me b/c it's all lines. At first the tech was all "I think it's a girl" b/c we saw either nothing between the legs or the 3 lines, but then we saw this and she said probably boy. So, what do ya think? And could you tell me why? Thanks for your guesses :)

I can see why it would be confusing, but the girl 3 lines are much closer in length, here there are 2 short and 1 long which is way more boyish looking.

I just wanted to give you all an update. I knew I should've gone with my gut on this one! I KNEW it wasn't a penis! lol....I went to a different u/s place this wknd at 15w6d, we searched high & low, but there was NO penis to be found! She's ALLLLLL GIRL!!!!!!! :bigsmile: :running: Thanks for all your guesses! :kiss:

None of your pics are clear to me. And the new ones are so small too. I was thinking boy from the first pic and I say not sure on this new ones....pics are just so busy .

Hmmm, I was actually going to guess girl based on your first pic, bc neither of my boys ever had anything that looked like 3 lines, likes yours sort of does. However, I really can't tell anything from the second set of pics you posted (too small and blurry), and I must confess that I am still a newbie at guessing these things, so please take my guess with a grain of salt.

yes, similar to my DS3 potty shot to. there were definitely 3 lines on his.. But also a very obvious scrotum. One of the techs said the lines were probably a result of cross-section? something like that. Anyway, your first pic definitely looks like a boy!

looked at your new pics from 17w4d but they still just aren't convincing to me, especially when techs are saying the same thing. I just see too much coming up between the legs, even if it's not a clear turtle.. it's not completely girly either. I hope it is your girl. I just wouldn't get my hopes up yet.

I replied on IG, but not sure which you will check first. I really hope I am wrong, but The more I look at your pics, the more I am going to lean boy. There's just a lot going on between the legs in the majority of the pics. pic 6 of 40 in your album looks quite a bit like my DS3's 18w6d potty shot, but his legs were more open than your baby's. However, I am seeing the same thing... 3 lines, but pretty far out, like in front of what I think is the scrotum. Just like my son's potty shot. I wish I could enlarge your photo to get a better comparison, but take a look at mine. Just keep in mind your baby's legs were more closed, but I think if they were open, we'd be looking at very very similar scan pics. Yes, I see what you're getting at there. There are definitely a few shots in there that look like squished scrotum; the lines are way too far out to be labia. At least two don't show gender at all. Then there's the one that shows what looks to be an obvious turtle between the legs . . . . <sigh>

just saw her album and scan photo 8 probably the clearest and looks all girl, theres a definite hamburger there and no visible protruding nub, many congrats on your girl!!!
