Advice for someone who has low sperm count

Hiya, on behalf of my friend: her husband has low sperm count, they had IVF for there first child and fell pregnant again 10months later after not using conception and had a 2nd child.

Her DH isnt keen on taking supps I dont think, but what is the best plan for how often to ttc to improve sperm count?

She fell pregnant about 20 months after her 2nd child but miscarried, possibly twice in a row once being a missed chemical.

They should BD every 2-4 days for best sperm numbers and quality.
