Im trying to eat a lot of cereal and ive been eating mostly special k. But yesterday i went to sams club and i bought a big pack of quaker granola. Now i have seen in some threads that that is not ok for a boy sway? I eat it with normal fat milk.

I think a granola would be better then special k. The oats, raisins, nuts, and honey are all good blue foods. My favorite cereals were Honey Bunches of Oats and Frosted Mini Wheats.

Google is bad... GD and Atomic know it all!
My friend wants a girl and started swaying by eating all acidic foods because google said too. I didn't know until she was 10wks along and now I can't tell her that everything she ate swayed blue. Google and other searches can be wrong so much of the time. That is why we all help each other here when we find something.
Very happy you asked the question here!

Thank you for your answer! Yes that's true, you can't really trust google! GD is the best and you don't get rude answer like you can get in other sites!

I have two boys and used to eat a huge bowl of greek plain greek yogurt for breakfast with a bunch of granola, blueberries, raisins, walnuts, and sliced bananas on it. ( Plus a morning star sausage patty and whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter) I have a big appetitie! But I also have 2 boys! GL!
