If you find one, let me know! The only thing I've heard is:

1. eat potassium (?) one of those
2. drink more water
3. when I feel one coming on, I DON'T point my toes...instead, I flex my heel up until it passes. I've heard this is bad for some reason...And I do tend to limp the rest of the day, but it's better than spontaneously crying in pain!

You need more potassium and cal/mag. Eat a few bananas per week. Plus, take a bar of soap and place at your feet, under the covers in your bed...it actually works:) xoxo

Definately calcium and magnesium, it is actually a deficiency. A good health food store or naturopath should lead you in the right direction.

Thanks Ladies!! will drink more water and banannas give me the worst heartburn!! but better than waking up in agony! Will try the soap too DM! The physio gave us exercises at the 20wk class to do a few times a day, but they don't help. x
