oohh sorry just seen this!

have you seen the food threads where people list what they eat each day? http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/8084-february-pink-food-thread.html

there's also a UK food thread with lots of ideas for products that are good in the UK: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/3489-uk-ladies-lets-help-each-other.html

I ate quite a bit of Sainsbury's frozen golden rice as the ones you buy in the shop have just a trace of sodium and are delicious! a lovely quick meal too

Hi

My memory is foggy but here's the pink food thread from August when I was recording everything I ate!

http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/4795-ttc-pink-daily-food-diaries-august.html

I basically had some sort of sandwich for lunch (weight watchers bread with a dairylea slice and skinless cucumber/pitta with feta and balsamic/bagel with jam etc.) and pasta with kids tomato sauce (Tesco!) or a vegetable burger in a pitta or something along those lines for dinner. To increase my calories I usually had pudding (at both lunch and dinner) - maybe a jam tart, bakewell tart, ww cake/ice cream sundae and a handful of tutti fruttis or skittles for my third 'meal'. If you read differently on that thread then I've remembered badly!!

Thanks both. Was you on the diet for long? Will go and get some rice and that vegetable burger sounds really nice - didnt realise it would be so difficult to know what to eat without meat! Didnt think I ate that much but obviously do! Thanks!!!

I was on the diet for about 5 months in total but with a 1 month gap in the middle - when I conceived I'd been back on it for 6 weeks
:)
