Hi All,
Looking to make some changes to my sway attempt this cycle, and wanted your advice and suggestions.
Firstly the diet, Im following LE (plus some aspects of FGD and IG in terms of foods i have cut out).
As i know diet is the key factor I dont want to make too many changes, but feel i need to.
I was already quiet skinny to begin with (160cm 48KG) and have been on the diet about 8-9weeks now in total. I dropped to about 46kg, and stayed there for a bit, but have started dropping again, im now on 45kg, i really concerned that if i lose anymore weight im going to be in very unhealthy territory and wont even ovulate??? What should i do, just suck it up and keep on the diet for another cycle?
Or try and increase my intake? If the answer is increase my intake, then what should i increase? Historically I have had issues with my weight (keeping it on) and for some reason proteins and fats dont do a great deal for me to keep up my weight, its mainly carbs that help me keep weight on, so should i increase those? Or will increased carbs kill the sway? I suppose what i am trying to say what is is that i can increase that will help me stop losing weight, but will have the east effect on my sway?!?!? (and specifically, more carbs such as pasta? empty calories like lollies?)
Secondly, DTD. Last month we had 2 attempts, one when i got my fade in OPK (so a 2day cut off) and one attempt 2 days after +OPK (so a o+12) DH was doing FR, and released once daily for 10 days prior.
Im thinking of adding in some more attempts to increase chances of conception...but again i dont want to damage the sway, whats everyone thoughts??
if i add more attempts then when and how? Do i add a couple more PRE fade in on OKP, ie, DTD on 4,3 and 2 days prior to Ovulation? And then again 2days after my +OPK?
If yes, should DH release on those days (ie in the morning and DTD that night)
Or would you suggest something different for extra attempts??
I was going to continue with Represh and Sylk and supps as per last month (cranberry, calc/mag, vitex, folate, peppermint tea, LR for DH)
