When changing diet and taking supplements, how long is it before you notice a difference in PH, Mine is always around the 6-7 mark so was just curious, whether its hours, days, weeks? Just an idea
Thanks

I didn't actually notice a difference, it always seemed to be between 5-6 whenever I tested so I gave up testing and just used RepHresh instead and trusted that that would work!

I had a strong cranberry capsule that I took only 1 of per day only for 2-3.days before o. It took 2 days before I noticed a difference but I think my ph may have been too low and was killing all the sperm. Did not take it this month.

my pH is typically around 5.5 before diet at O. With diet, dropped to 4.5. With the cranberry, it would go all the way to 3.5 which was physically uncomfortable! (and I think killed the sperm!)
This was the cranberry I used Natural Factors CranRich® Super Strength Cranberry Concentrate -- 500 mg - 180 Capsules - Vitacost (http://www.vitacost.com/Natural-Factors-CranRich-Super-Strength-Cranberry-Concentrate) Like I said it was too strong for me but might be perfect if your pH is higher. I noticed I only had to take once daily and it would take 2-4 days for the pH to drop.

Varies for each individual person unfortunately! Sorry. :(
