I am not the greatest at reading labels so can someone please help me with this.
i got some Canberry from the health shop made sure it was fresh fruit equiv. The label says 17g fruit ext. Equiv. Fresh. Then it says fruit powder equiv. Fresh 33g.
so i am a bit confused with how many i should be taking. Its nutralife brand, cranberry 50,000 if anyone would like to Google it and have a look for me. Sorry for all the questions!

Just use the amount it says to on the label and don't exceed their guidelines. Diff. brands of cran are all formulated so differently that it's really impossible for me or anyone to stay up on what all the different stuff on the label means.
