What kind should I be taking? How much and when? Will it raise ph?

Chitosan or Metamucil with no added nutrients were recommended. I would guess you would take them with or before your meals to absorb the fat from your meal. I don't think it would raise PH. I'm thinking about adding them to my sway this month.

We've had no reports of fiber raising pH. Take whatever kind you like as long as it has no additional nutrients, with meals containing fat (you can take it with carb meals if you want to for regularity, but it won't do anythign for swaying.) The fiber sucks up the fat from your food and helps eliminate it.

I have to take a product called 'benefiber' due to regularity issues (TMI), is this ok to be taking in a pink sway, or drop it? I had no idea that this could be a benefit!!

Yes, benefiber is great as long as it's the kind that is not vitamin fortified! :agree:
