I have been reading a lot about this and it seems like a really good thing to help keep blood sugars low and to loose weight. What are your thought on this? Has anyone tried it? How much would this effect ph?

I do not advise cinnamon for the average swayer because when you're on LE Diet, your blood sugar will already be on the low side and cinnamon may lower it too far (which could lead to fainting.) For people with PCOS/insulin resistance or who ahve a lot of weight to lose, it may be a good idea.

Tamara would say cinnamon is forbidden, not sure if it's becos of pH or minerals?? It's allowed on LE Diet tho.
