Skull guess please!

This is my ultrasound from 13 weeks 5 days. The tech did a quick crotch shot, but wouldn't look too hard. I am studing to be a Radiologist and I know that I for sure didn't see a nub.
Any guesses on the skull?? To me, the skull and chin look more female like, especially compared to my son's ultrasound photos!
