Thank you!!!

As long as you're losing weight, I think it's worth the risk esp. for someone who has blood sugar issues. Most people, I would probably tell them not to but exercise is just so good at lowering the blood sugar that even if you do risk building a little muscle, the lower blood sugar will outweigh the benefits.

I decided to start exercising again. I did it for 62 minutes tonight and it helped take my mind of swaying and relaxed me. I figure I am going to watch my favorite movies starting with the twilight series....lol Twilight always makes me happy and makes me forget about the world for a little bit.

Never forget, that in our native environment we ALL walked miles and miles a day!! Boy moms and girl moms alike. It's the whole package, diet, exercise, weight loss, lowering stress, all of it togther. :)

Twilight makes me smile because my husband actually used to LIVE in Forks LOL.

This is one of those times I need my non-existant crystal ball! ;)

I wouldn't exercise (and didn't) if I couldn't go b--lls to the wall every day. But I have no problems with controlling my blood sugar, either.

I really think you've been on diet long enough. It's ALWAYS something less than ideal and you ahve to be honest with yourself - is this really that you don't feel your sway is good enough, or are you just scared to TTC?? (not faulting you, just want to get to the bottom of it!:))

No, not at all, I totally understand. I think you are wise to be taking that into consideration actually.

I'm not saying I think it's LIKELY, but I DO think that it may be possible that you could build or at the least maintain muscle becuase walking is not going to be super intense for you. I have lost a LOT of weight very quickly in a very unhealthy way and exercised a LOT and def. added muscle - my weight did drop but the propoirtion of my body was a lot more muscle and I looked like a trucker at 120 lbs.

I think it would prob. be ok esp. if it was walking rather than weights, but I just am wary of it. I can't know either way and so I tend to err on the side of extremes, either lots of exercise or no exercise because I don't know where to draw the line and it's very likely that the line for everyone is in a diff. place anyway.

Understand your struggles, it is hard to know what to do! So many choices! I like your idea of movies!!

Amari I am not a real big movie person in the last few years with always being on my macbook computer (I have a small online business), so I am trying to not be on the computer as much and watch more tv and movies. It definitely takes my mind off things and relaxes me. I am one of those people that has my computer next to my bed and checks my emails and news first thing in the morning...lol. I have started leaving it down stairs at night. I know this helps with a little less positive ions in the room:).

We watched the new muppet movie with the kids last night. It was actually really good. I think the licorice root is working on my husband, because he started tearing up in parts of the movie :tissue: (telling me that is so sad). I have never seen him cry at a movie. He is quite the smart ass when I start crying at a movie...lol He has some dear memories of watching the muppets with his mom as a kid.

I've been wanting to see that movie. That is awesome! It must be working!! ; )

OMG if my husband would cry at a movie I would think he had been abducted by aliens and replaced with a doppelganger. The only time I ever have seen him cry is when he got a $600 traffic ticket LOL. Go licorice root!!!
