I just wanted to post the same question lol!
I didn't notice any change on legs, but my hair with DD1 was gorgeous, soft and tick, too bad it started to fall out right after her birth lol!

Right now I'm noticing my facial hair started to grow :worry: It's baby blond, soft hair, but still, I feel weird. It's on my cheeks ( for now?), I hope it stays only there :worry:

Well, I was hairy only with ds1. When I was pregnant with him I had lovely, lucious hair. But with Ds2 and DD I had virtually no hair at all, to the point where chunks of the hair on my head would fall out! :p

My understanding is that pregnancy regardless of baby's gender, often can make hair grow faster!!

The hair on my legs hardly seems to grow with this pregnancy. I am having a girl, but I can't remember how it was with my other two.

My hair under armpits, on legs and face seems to grow immensly fast. Didnt really pay attention to this the last 3 times, but this time I really notice it, I have to tweeze my eyebrows every 2nd day so as to not look like a neanderthal ha ha... I dont know what I am carrying ;)

I can't remember about the hair on my legs but both times facial hair seemed to really slow down. With my first boy I also got covered in a fine downy type hair all over my tummy. I was quite embarrassed but my midwife said it was normal! The second time I didn't get this covering so I was hoping this meant I was having a girl but no I had another boy. I also had lovely shiny and thick hair for my first boy but can't remember about the second one.

wow so many differences it must just depend on the mother then i think ?

Not just the mother but also the condition she's in at the time, I imagine!

I wonder if the time of year could even matter?? Maybe we get hairier in fall and winter months regardless of pg??

I'm pretty sure I'm less hairy than usual this pregnancy, but I don't remember what my hair growth was like in my past pregnancies. I am definitely noticing worse than usual acne, though, and my fingernails are growing like crazy!

I had a huge outbreak at the beginning of the pg so I do not think acne is at all linked to gender!!! HUGE!

The hair on my legs seems to grow more with both DS1 and DS2 pregnancies. I used to shave more often than usuall. But my skin was all nice and glowy.

When I was pregnant with my first boy I thought that the hair growth on my legs slowed down considerably.

I honestly can't remember what it was like with DS2??? I do remember my skin being very bad with DS2 though.

My hair has always grown pretty fast regardless. The growth has slown down lately and with this pregnancy....but I think he LE diet also had something to do with it? I also had a BAD breakout at the beginning of the pregnancy for 2 weeks, now my skin is fine. I think I had the same thing with the boys.

After I de-haired my legs in early pregnancy no hair grew back until about 10 weeks after I delivered my DD. However a friend of mine who has just had a DD was complaining that her hair was growing really fast

My hair on my head always grows faster in each pregnancy , in my previous two my hair was always so greasy and my leg hairs grew back fast aswell as facial hair. This time the hair on my head is growing fast and glowing, its never been so healthy looking and my relatives have noticed and the hair on my legs, eyes brows and upper lip are all growing back really slow, Its kind of weird actually actually. I think my hair glow though is due to my iron levels being back its best and taking all those prenatals.

my hair on my head and legs is nor faster growing or slower growing. It has been this way with every pregancny I've had, two boys and now I'm having a girl. I think this is more about a woman's own reaction to pregnacny than it is a clue to gender for sure.

I had it slow down with 2 pregnancies, one was DD2 and the other was either DD1 or my DS, can't remember! This time it started out growing really fast, but seems to be slowing down....?

I don't think there is any relation between hairer legs while pregnancy and the gender of the baby.
