dips in fingernails

I've noticed, now my nails are growing and that I've stopped dieting, that I have a dip in my thumbnails that is one of those dips caused by vitamin deficiency/illness... I wonder if swaying did that to me and if it's a good sign!

Mine are almost all grown out which seems to indicate it was def. due to my diet a few months ago!! Tried to take a pic but it won't show up.

Do you have them on all your fingernails or just a few? I think I see a dip about 1/3 of the way down on some, but not all, of my fingernails....

no, not on all, mainly thumbnails
