I could be wrong, but I thought a DH who runs while trying to sway pink was a good thing? That, and cycling/spinning. I'm actually trying to GET my DH to start running!

If it heats his goodies up then that's a good thing!

My ex (father of my girls) worked out like a banshee every day....I wouldn't worry about it.

The runner in me says encourage him to run more :D But seriously, I saw a study indicating that men who run over 30 miles per week have more girls--so I'm thinking more is more, and maybe it could help with your sway.

Goodness no, that's a great thing for him to do!!!! Heat those nuts!! Try to keep him from losing weight but if he loses a bit, that's ok. Much better to lose weight from running than to be holding steady while weightlifting that's for sure!

Now YOU running 2-3 days a week 3-4 miles at a time may be a problem!!

lol.. true on heating the balls up... He just isn't doing it everyday, so he is building muscle a little I am sure. He does take good old licorice root though, is 37, and I am not cooking him really any red meat. He maybe has it twice a month. Zanacal I wrote a post on that FR on BD girl/boy http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-discussion/5636-frequency-bd-pink-blue-8.html#post165785 . Could you check it out real quick? I am just curious on the best way to FR if I am going to BD on my first peak day on cbfm which means you will ovulate 24-36 hours I think. Did you just have one attempt or did you BD more before Ovulation>

It doesn't work quite the same way for guys that it does for gals, tho. Guys ALREADY have a lot of muscle mass most of them so it doesn't quite pile on as quick for them as it does for us. They typically have to actually lift weights to build muscle mass - that's why all the marathon runners you see are very skinny and not at all muscular.

The downside is that by losing body fat he will lower estrogen, but the benefits to lowering sperm count are real and if you keep him away from the meat in the meantime, it is unlikely he'll add much muscle if at all.

My husband had eaten a truly shocking amount of leftover Halloween candy in the weeks before we conceived this baby!
