Yesterday I skipped breakfast then had 2 slices of toast with jam, salt free pretzels, 1/2 cup fat free yogurt, and a glass of diet root beer. That was at 12.
Then at 5 I had a small salad, 1 slice of butter bread (low fat/sodium kind), and 2 servings of shells with jared spaghetti sauce.
Im not sure of my total for the end of the day but im pretty sure it was below even what were wanting to hit. I feel awful for eating so much for dinner though. I should be ovulating today at that. Did I mess up my sway by eating that for dinner? Or eating so much for dinner you think?

I tell you, mommy*duke, that doesn't look like a bad day to me. Jarred sauce has a decent amount of sodium, but I don't see where you would have ingested a bunch the rest of the day, so if you went over, I can't imagine it was by much.
No breakfast, no snacking, no meat, only two meals ... not bad at all, IMHO. Don't beat yourself up!!

Heavens no, and as you may have detected ;) I would actually like to see you eat MORE.
You are NOT supposed to starve yourself. That's not what the LE Diet is about. You are trying to gently reduce your condition and fertility. Shocking your body by starving it is bad on a couple different levels - first of all because your metabolism will shut down and you won't conceive at all, then the only way to regain fertility will be to increase food intake and since your metabolism is wrecked at that point, your body will want to hold onto every scrap it comes by. Secondly because your body will go into crisis mode and may even start making testosterone thinking that you are going to have to fight for your very survival.
Plus, it makes it SO hard to stick to and you end up obsessed with food all the time and cheating in a binge-purge cycle that is not healthy for you and makes you much more likely to overeat foods that you'd be better able to avoid if you just relaxed your strictness.

plus the jarred sauce has a nice amount of potassium which you desperately need.
