Adding gif to post

Hi how do you add a picture gif to a post. For example a picture of a baby to a congratulations post?Thanks!:)

You click on the Go Advanced button under the Quick Reply box and then click on the paperclip icon above the box and follow the steps. Don't forget to hit the Insert Inline button once you see your pic in the bottom row.
