14w 6 days nub??

Saw it clear as day on the ultrasound.... I just know this is a girl nub it looks just like my other girls at their 12 week scan. This was taken 14w6d but bub was measuring few days ahead.
Everyone keeps saying they cant see a nub but the camera kind of blurs it together, there are two distinct lines on top of each other :(

I just knew my 12 week scan was too good to be true and this would happen :(

Would like honest thoughts please, dont sugar coat it...

Honestly? I'm no good at these nub things, but it does look blurred together! For some reason, the head looks very boyish to me. I'm not trying to make you feel better (though I want you to feel better!); I'm telling the honest truth.

No nub seen in this photo. Where the arrow is pointing is to low to be a nub. Your 12 wk scan picture looked so boy. Really do think this is your boy. FX goodluck x

i wouldnt worry ,i think your first scan pics were alot clearer than this , its too blury ,i would still go by your 12 week ones they looked very :xy:

I'm not sure that looks like a nub either. I thought nub guessing was really a 12-14wk thing because after that they are not very reliable. Given bub was measuring ahead then you are really getting into territory where you need a potty shot rather than a nub. You cannot compare 12wk shots of your girls with a 15+wk shot bc you are comparing apples and oranges. I am sticking with boy. Your 12wk shot was exactly like all my boy nub shots. I still think boy!

I think the arrow is pointing at the leg. Is that the nub above the leg? If it is there is no fork on the end like a girl nub would have.

TTC5' I honestly don't see a nub in this pic, I think its a leg.

I agree that is definitely not the nub, its too high up the body to be the nub, it looks like the thigh or even arm, not sure but I'm definitely sure its not the nub. Don't worry TTC5 you'll be fine, you just got to think positive, I would just relax and wait until you find out the sex at your 20 week scan, in my honest opinion, I don't believe in these early scans any more, none of these scans can give you a definitive answer because your baby is still developing so its unfair to yourself to go by them especially when they are unclear. Its nice to guess but don't take it as final. Its the 20 week scan that will give you the real answer you're looking for. :) :kiss:

Right now I believe you're in the 'gray zone' when it's too late for nub shots and too early for potty shots.

Plus we've already established it's a boy! :wink:

I think it's to late for nub pics? Just stick to the 12 week pics they look boyish for sure!
This could be part of the leg.Just because we see some lines they are not all nubs right?

I don't know what that is, but I don't think that could possibly be a nub. It looks to me like half of baby's torso is not visible in this picture and that could be ?

I'm not saying it couldn't be a girl (because DS 4 weewee was very much visible at 14 weeks), just that I do not think you can tell on the basis of this picture.

My nub at 13 weeks with DD was longer, brighter, and much further down than whatever that is. This looks to me like something internal and not the genitalia. Good luck!!

Been meaning to hunt this thread down for a while, but I agree with Atomic and BB that 'Nub' is halfway up the body, that is not a 'Nub' 5, go get the blue paint back out:agree:
