I will probably ovulate in 2 weeks or so. I have been taking the supplements for months now (cranberry, vitex, cal/mag, folic acid, acidophilus) and baby asprin for only a week. I was taking Vit C and B6 up until two days ago, but stopped because they can possibly have other negative effects. I typically eat a LE diet around 1500-1800 calories a day (I breastfeed a toddler, so I still need a little extra), and I eat low sodium and low potassium. I haven't really lost weight lately, but I don't have a lot to lose. I could probably drop 4 pounds in the next two weeks. I try to use a lot of Aspertame, and I am only starting to drink the peppermint tea. I only now have the time to get 60 minutes of cardio 6 days per week.
So, given that a few things have changed lately, but many things I have been doing for months, should DH give things a try this month, or should we hold off? We don't get pregnant easily. It took us 5 months with DS and 3 months with DD so it is unlikely things would work out for us this month anyway. Plus, I did get pregnant with DD with a much less aggressive sway (I used cranberry and cal/mag supplements with a low-sodium/low-potassium diet).
What would you do?
