CHILDREN: 4 boys and 1 girl
My age: 33
DH: 31
NO. MONTHS TTC: 15 months
DIET:
Started the low everything diet in March of 2011 then took a break for a month 1/2 and started back up again. I was only on it again for 2 weeks when I conceived. I was eating under 1,500 calories in the days leading up to ovulation. I was eating a lot of salt free pretzels and diet caff free sodas all day. I was also drink peppermint tea 1-3 times, bottled water maybe once a day, sometimes crystal light, and cranberry juice. I am already a vegetarian. I stopped drinking milk though.
CAFFEINE:
DH: Energy drinks pretty much daily. sometimes up to 3.
Me: Sometimes I would have a low fat coffee with Splenda.
EXERCISE:
DH: None besides work. He lifts and walks a lot.
Me: Nothing besides talking the kids on short walks.
POTIONS & PILLS:
Folic acid 400mcg, low dose aspirin every few days, allergy pills af-o, a sleep aid a few days before ovulation, and Benadryl sometimes.
POTIONS & PILLS FOR YOUR MAN:
Nothing
LOWERING SPERM COUNT/TIMING:
I *tried* to get dh to take a hot shower before bd but he didn't always. He "did things himself" pretty much every day as far as I know. He was drinking a lot of soy milk the month of conception.
Jump and dump: Yes
EWCM present/how much?:
Not really. I had a little watery cm but I think it was more from dh.
DH undies type – Boxer briefs
DH hot bath/shower - Sometimes
OWT - anything under bed? – No
Big O- I don't remember
THINGS IN YOUR VG:
Represh on cd 10. Bd on cd 9, 12, and 13. Ovulated on cd 14.
OVULATION:
I got a + opk on cd 13 and ovulated on cd 14. This was the earliest I have ever ovulated.
Did you track your pH, if so, what was it before the attempt(s):
Didn't track pH
