Any hope of a girl AT ALL?? 13 week nub

Hi ladies, is there anyone out there who thinks there is even the slightest chance of a girl from these 13 week shots? Have asked on IG and pretty much all are convinced of boy but i truly believed during the scan that the bit sticking up at the top (in the second photo) was part of the leg and that the nub was the flatter bright line and the faint line just below.

Thanks! im not sure who are and arent techs on there but lovemy4 guessed. I guess what made me think that the bump at the top was leg was that it only really showed up when the leg was in focus and then disappeared when the leg disappeared. But it could have definately been my imagination... oh and my desire for a girl!

This is a tricky one. I see what you are saying about the leg. I think on the 1st pic, just above where the spine ends I can kind of see 3 girly looking straight white lines - the middle line is not quite as bright as the other two. But that's what I'd expect to see in a 15wk potty shot, not at this angle and gestation. Hmmm.... Is a cute baby though! Good luck.

I say boy via a skull guess. I can see where there are two conflicting 'lines' that could be leg or nub or cord. I'm sorry this u/s wasn't uplifting for you . I hope we're all wrong and it's your girl!!!!

in both my scan with DS 4 and now DD I thought it was much more obvious what I saw on the screen than anything on my pictures were.

So could be girl too ...sorry I can't guess this.

Thanks, its kinda easier to get my head around a boy when not all the guesses are boy... kinda easing me in gently. I kinda feel that the nub would be in a funny position and also has some small lines within it which are more like little leg bones??? denial me thinks but trying to be realistic!

Having done a ton of research, i think the cord is actually a fair bit higher and the lighter line further down is too far down for a nub. I think its all down to the brightest line and whatever that is on top of it :/

Thanks hun. I have been addicted to looking at classic boy nubs today and im perhaps in total denial (i was like this with ds2) but it seems to me that most confirmed classic boy nubs show the line and the protrusion above to be of a similar brightness to each other. I really feel like mine is much more faded than the line below.

What does anyone else think about that? be honest not kind!!!!

Its so confusing, cos one part of me thinks the same and that the spine is so very curved that it must be girl and one part thinks i am kidding myself about that top protrusion being leg as it is obviously boy nub. argh, frustrating! Thanks though!

This is 50/50 from me, I can see both cases where it could be a boy or a girl. I hope you get us better U/S pic and hope all is well on Tuesday.

i have had 7 daughters and none of them looked like this. i really hope im wrong but i would prepare boy just in case. good luck

Can i ask, do you mean none of them had that funny protrusion above or did none of them look like the photo without the protrusion either? I have my head around another boy as feel like i got my severe gd done over and done with with ds2 but still keeping my fx anyway!

Rainbow, will probably have a gender scan at 16 weeks but having another scan in the morning to check all ok without the progesterone crione i was on. Also getting levels checked.

thanks ladies, i measured 14 weeks on day of scan and sonographer absolutely confident of boy. Feeling ok-ish. Saw sticky uppey nub and potty shot was turtle so im sure thats pretty convincing!
