PH Test strips

I am just curious, with these yellow universal test strips, when is the best time to read them? It seems that when i put the CM on it gives me one reading but when the test strip drys up, it gives me a reading thats just a little bit higher. so do you read them when wet or dry?

The difference is so small that it doesn't even matter. You're just trying to get a ballpark figure. The sort of worry over .01 difference in pH makes no different to the end result of your sway.

IG tells people to wait 15 min. before reading them.
