Just do the minimum dose on the box.

I prefer that DW doesn't take Sudafed actually. Some people have had success with DH taking Sudafed and it seems safer for men than ladies. :)

My DH took 1 24hr pill a day in the morning for 3-4 days before O... his ph dropped to a nice 6.5.

You could try a 12hr one mashed up in his juice, milk, mashed potatoes, or something none caffine that he likes!
