Would the mirena coil affect pretesting up to a month after removal?
I removed the mirena coil on the 19th of May. I got my pretesting done on the 11th and 13th of June. Would the hormones from the mirena coil still affects my hormones? My pretesting was bad. I got my pretesting done on my first proper period although I had lost some blood on the 24th of May after coil removal. Should I wait until my next period to do pretesting again?

Personally, I would test again with next cycle. I think that girls on the BCP are advised to have their withdrawal bleed before having the testing done on the 2nd, proper bleed, so this may well be case for you also.
I remember jany had her pretesting done when she had stopped bf her dd1 but had not yet got back af and it was pretty bad; she then redid it after her 1st pp af and it was much better. I know this is different but it is all still the delicate balance of hormones and how they can interact with each other.
Your body is still settling down and finding its own hormone levels again, so I would deffo retest if I were you. Also, don't be surprised if your next bleed takes it time coming; when I came off the pill, I had my first bleed as normal.... Then waited over 6 weeks for the 2nd one.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
