    3 weeks postpartum

    Finally i feel normal.. Or semi normal again after the birth of Vinnie three weeks ago. I have updated my blog with some photos ! I'm currently 1KG down from my pre pregnancy weight
    But how do I get rid of the jelly belly?

    The abdominal seperation can take quite a while to heal - mine is still not great 4+ years on! Firm fitting high underwear can help and then exercise concentrating on that area if you're up for it after 6 weeks.

    I just wanted to say you look fantastic!!! Congratulations

    And Vinny is such a handsome little man!

    Maybe try a postpartum belt, i had one with my DS, and i wore it religiously from the day i left hospital, and i wore it really tightly, and by 6 weeks my belly was almost back to its pre baby state..

    Our family welcomed a in May 2013 and thats ok, we're head over heels in love with him and feel blessed to be honoured with 2 sons

    October 2014 - Officially swaying for one last little bundle and wishing and hoping its a pink one

    April 2015 - All our dreams have miraculously come true, our sway worked and our family will be complete with the little girl joining us in October this year
