Hi Hun, I haven't experienced this process yet but from what I have read here and understood, pretesting is usually only valid for 6 months but you cannot be on BCP when this is done (it may be worth asking the clinic if they recommend a certain length of time you are off BCP before testing). All the vitamins and supplements are usually recommended for about 3 months before cycling.
