Day 1 of D (or should I say DTD) cycle

And I am VERY excited! It's good to finally start trying. Been awfully slack with my diet the last 2 weeks (my birthday and holidays) and I guess I put on 1 kg instead of losing it, so I will be very good the next 2 weeks. Got home last night and hubbie was cooking roast pork, with the crackling and all! Could not say no to that, naughty hubbie, he should know I have no self-control when it comes to pork crackling! Will return to LE for the next two weeks and hope for the best!

Anyway, just very excited and can't wait to begin!

    Well,Cycling is the best for fitness of the body.Cycling for 30 minutes just 2-3 times a week will help with all other aerobic exercise too and reduce of the body weight...

    Thanks Malton, but I meant TTC cycle, not cycling, I wish I was that disciplined :)
