I am not even sure if I am posting this in the right spot,but I so need some reassurance that my plan,which is in September is good,please help,experience,advice welcome...
My plan..Le diet very strict september 3-15...but vegetarian since june 25th,and staying within Le limits 7 weeks prior attempt.My Bmi is 15 so I can not really skip breakfast but try to eat only 3 times a week...so far I had to have a sugary snack...in-between,but working on it.I start the day with coffee and skim milk,and ...

I have been so good since Sunday with my LE diet, I've stuck to my calories and have even dropped my calories to 1300 or less, I've dropped the amount of fat to 30g and protein to 35g, been eating no fresh fruit or veg, but instead of losing weight, like you'd think I would, I've gained pound.

It feels like my body just doesnt want me to have a girl or even let me have a shot at it.

I was on a 1500 calorie a day diet last year and lost over 12lb in a couple of months, ...
