I got a catalog in the mail today. As usual, there were like 40 pages of cute girl things and 10 pages of boy things. I usually flip directly to the boy things when I get a catalog, but today I let myself linger at some of the girl's clothes. It didn't feel as badly as I thought it would.

DH says that this is the last baby, no matter what. He's right; I'm just too old to try anymore. So this is my last chance to have a little girl.

The thing is, I'm only dreaming a very little bit, because I have a strong feeling I'm carrying a boy. I even told DS3, "Are you excited to have a new little brother?" I don't know why I said that. It just came out. Is it possible I really can't carry a girl? I don't feel confident at all. And it seems so long until I find out for sure.
