    Pillows/Quits in the Crib

At what age did your toddler start using a small pillow and a quilt at night? My DS is almost 2 and I am thinking about buying him a small flat toddler pillow but I am not sure if it is safe... Hmmmm

We just started at 2 years old. DS loves his pillow. Blanket not so much. I just put him in a fleece sleeper cos he never keeps his blanket on.

I put a small travel pillow in around 18-20 months and a light blanket around 18 months or so.

I was told that a small/light blanket is okay after a year and that a pillow was okay closer to 2 years.

L is almost 13 months and he has a small blanket. He mostly throws it over the edge of his crib and then falls asleep, so I put in one of those blanket sleepers.

We give our kids blankets when they are just over a year and pillow at about 2 1/2 -3. Which is also the age I move them from a crib to a bed.
