13 weeks. I’m confused as to what I’m looking at. If you zoom you’ll see a fork shaped “nub” and you also see something obviously sticking out

If it was a fork shaped nub, that thing sticking out would be what was fork shaped. The thing you circled is not the nub and isn't what we look at when we determine gender.
