@netti and boyzmommy - yea when i go in for my glucose test I am also getting iron studies done to rule out if thats why im feeling extra tired.
@taytum - with your bub born at just over 37 weeks, was there any concerns about "premmy baby" health issues, like were his lungs ok and everything when he was born? Because my DS2 was born at 38 weeks and I had to have steroid injections to "mature" his lungs and they made it sound like it was quite serious. I was just wondering whether my Drs were a little over cautious or if it was a standard thing.
Funny you should mention this - no one really even batted an eye that he was early. They gave me some handouts on early babies and what to expect, but after I had him he was placed right on me for skin-to-skin and never once left the room. BUT, one of our nurses was really concerned about some wheezing he was making when he was sleeping. They ran all sorts of tests and even did a scan of his lungs and it all showed up normal. I mentioned it to our pediatrician today and she didn't seem concerned at all about it.

My 2 boys were born at 35+6 and 36 weeks. With boy of them at 30 weeks went into labor, was put on Mag to stop labor and given steroid shots. They both were wheezing and spent some Tim under a hood but we didn't stay any extra time.
im glad to hear that he is ok now Taytum, they were threatening to take DS2 and put him in NICU if he didnt improve, so for the first 24 hours he was on my chest the whole time in the hopes that skin to skin would help, and thankfully it did.
Yes we did (and still do!) a lot of skin to skin.
He's developed this weird sound at night. Grunting/gurgling? But ONLY from like 12-4am. Not during the day or before that. So weird...I asked ped yesterday and she didn't seem concerned, just baby noises

Im not too sure boyz ive never taken anything to help prepare the body for labour.
Taytum i wonder if your little one has gas hence the noises. Though newborns make an awful lot of little noises too so it could be that.
Ive been having some burning pains in the lower abdomen as well as cervical area pains, i think it might be my cervix softening up though i haven't passed any mucous plug yet. Still 7 weeks to go so i don't mind cooking this one longer 😂
