    I'm trying.
    Just had a few things on my mind. I am pretty set and i definitely care less about the whole thing kinda over it to be honest but just still doing it incase i sway boy again by dropping everything. So onwards an upwards hoping i get a bfp sooner rather then later.

    Hey how much ole should dh take each day? My dh is looking to take a healthy supplement because he said he wants to try be healthy lol like theres a magic pill out there that makes you healthy without putting in work so i said I'll look into it for him all the while thinking you can take ole lol sneak in swaying supp

    Somewhere between 500-1000. The reason for the variation is because we can't always find it in 500 mg doses, so anywhere between 500-1000 is fine. We used to want to see guys eventually going up to 1000, but we saw a lot of side effects on that dose, thus I prefer most people closer to 500 unless they can only find 1000, if that makes sense.

    Officially in the tww woohoo 1 attempt done last night opks were picking up so i went for it and then this morning i got my positive!! Trying to relax now will continue with most things during the tww. Atomic do you recommend woman reduce coffee an alcohol during the tww? I'm having like 5 coffees a day an 2 alcoholic drinks don't want the egg if fertilised to not stick well or anything like that. Also thanks for all your help.

    Also the myo-inositol i keep taking then stop at bfp right?

    It is at your discretion. I don't really have a recommendation on either of those things in the 2WW; I don't like to see anyone drop coffee altogether, as it can cause headaches, but 5 coffees is quite a lot really. Most people stop drinking at ovulation, although it's ~probably~ fine to continue 1-2 drinks a day til BFP. We don't believe that either of these things stop implantation in any way.

    Go to half dose or every other day in the 2WW and then WEAN OFF at BFP. Do not "stop", you must wean off, and by going to every other day you're already starting the weaning process.

    Thanks, I've noticed my post o temps are weak like not high pre o 36.1 post 36.3 and are rising slow no clear big jump after o. Do i have a progesterone problem? Can i still conceive with low temps? My cm an cp changed after o so theres enough progesterone for that

    Your temps do not tell you what your progesterone level is. I have seen tons of people go have their prog checked after thinking their temps weren't right and they had fine progesterone. That having been said what can happen sometimes is that you gear up to ovulate and then don't, so you won't get a temp rise because you didn't ovulate. Your symptoms do go away in that case, so it can ~seem~ like ovulation happened, but without a clear temp rise you should stay open to the possibility that it didn't.

    Ok now i think i didn't ovulate, this is so stressful I'll add my chart. I've had neg opk since my first pos an no more ewcm plus hard cervix, cm has been sticky
