Hey just so i know I'm ok in carbs since I'm not eating alot of meat because i was vegetarian before starting the sway. Is 150-180 carbs a day ok I just worked it out roughly for the day minus fiber. Thats a pretty carby day for me just guessing from the things i normally eat. Just wanted to make sure I'm not going to carby without meat. I know you've said stick to the limits and carbs will take care of themselves but you also said the risk of just going vegetarian is going to carby or did you say just going vegetarian and not counting? Sorry just trying to remember what you said. Thanks heaps

Yep, that's par for the course on the LE Diet, even on the alt. diet that's about what people get. Keep in mind that most people are eating more like 300-400 g carbs!

I think i definitely have ovulated but I'm not sure if I'm in with a chance or not I'll share with you my chart. So the confusion is did I ovulate cd60, cd61, cd62 or cd63 lol i had a little temp rise on cd61 so I'm hoping fertility friend is right by putting o at cd60 but then i had an even bigger better temp rise on cd64 an that is my normal post o temp range but all my symptoms had stopped cd60 so at cd63 I had no ewcm my cervix was closed hard an cramps had been long gone. So is it more likely I ovulated with a small temp rise and all fertile signs or a few days later without any fertile signs but a better bigger temp rise which is my normal temp rise range from before I had my last because I tracked alot swaying with him to pinpoint o. The huge temp spike was me sick for a day.

Yes it's great to be up and running again and we're all very appreciative!

I do think you ovulated, but I can't say for sure what day. It's just not possible to tell for sure. If you end up getting AF, you can count back 12-14 days beforehand and if it coincides with the crosshairs, but sometimes you'll have short LP and that's not always perfectly reliable.

Yes this is the exact reason why temps alone can't be relied on, sometimes it looks like there's a dip and rise but then it doesn't culminate in ovulation! Only when temps stay high for 3 days + has O likely occurred.

Jamama.. I am doing well. thank you. my routine was little messed during the summer holidays.. now back on track and planning to attempt in Nov.. AF is close.. hows everything going with you?
when is your next fertile week?
